Capital One is my primary bank account. They offer no-fee checking and savings accounts that also pay interest — and they consistently rank close to 1 in the interest rates they pay. They are also highly competitive mortgage originators. They make you call a telephone number, which I found led to ridiculous wait times I called on 3 different days and each time had to give up after 25 minutes on hold.

I contacted their management and suggested they immediately add online cancellation as an option. The guy responded that they have no plans for that at this time, but they were planning to add more telephone support staff instead.
