If it's a big bale of hay, I'm guessing it won't fit in the trunk of my 65 chevelle, although iit's a huge trunk, lol: For the rectangular ones we're discussing, anywhere between 60 pounds depending on how they were bailer was set. Unless you have a truck, it's pretty cumbersome and messy.

It may not fit in the trunk but almost certainly in the back seats. You can probably only fit one but they are compressed so it lasts a long time--depending on the size of your coop, floor thickness, and how often you clean--at least until you can get freebies come mid-Nov up to mid-Jan.
